Gorgeous property! The pool and hot tub are perfect. Great location to beaches, foodland and shops and restaurants. Has beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc - all you need for beach trips.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. A lot of thought went into this home and all the amenities. Things we didn’t even realize we needed were here!Absolutely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in and more than enough towels for beach days and pool days. The kitchen is top notch and loaded with everything you could possibly want or need. There is so much space with such picturesque windows that you felt like you were living as much outside as you were inside. The views from the lanais and infinity pool were breathtaking!Short and easy walks to must see spots in Kauai - Secret Beach and Queen’s Bath. Trails down are tough, so wear good shoes!We loved the happy hour at Happy Talk Lounge, also a short walk from the house. Advance warning that the Chili Mangorita is much spicier than the habanero one! The roasted brussels sprouts is our favorite appetizer.With Hanalei a short drive, you definitely need a Mai Tai (or two!) from Tahiti Nui - they truly deserve their world-famous reputation!We have stayed in numerous rentals around the world, and this home, hands down, is the best for amenities, location for things with in walking distance, and the most welcoming of all.
Great stay at this Princeville property. We were a group of 6 adults. The house is "premium" with pretty much anything you can imagine or need. Everything is new. The "fit and finish" of the home is very high quality. The pool was amazing. The game rooms was great and a lot of fun. The kitchen was spectacular, and was well stocked with cooking implements, plus a good amount of "staples" like spices, storage containers, etc. The grill on the deck is high-end. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large, and the beds are comfortable. All the pictures advertising the property are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet, and the backyard of the house is really only visible from one next door neighbor. The management company was very responsive, both prior to and during the rental period. Would definitely stay here again.
